I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and Director ㅅㅁㄱ felt much more professional than the others. They explained everything about how the surgery would go and told me everything I was wondering about before I even asked, which made me trust them more. However, the consultant was obsessively fixated on the reservation deposit... and the pressure was really bad on that part.. The consultant wasn't going to do the surgery, but it still made me feel like my trust in the hospital itself went down a bit.
