If you look at old reviews, there were sometimes negative ones saying the doctor or staff were rude, that they focused on Chinese patients, and that the place felt like a large hospital... but I went for a consultation in this political climate, and everyone was extremely kind. I consulted Dr. Seo Man-gun for my first nose surgery. The consulting manager seemed to think the doctor wouldn't like her explaining things in advance like 'do this, do that,' so when I met her first, she said that for a first surgery the doctor would probably recommend ear cartilage or septal cartilage as materials. But when I actually went in and showed the nose shape I wanted, the doctor explained very kindly and in detail that because I wanted a glamorous nose and I have a bulbous nose, even if we used septal cartilage there was a high chance it would droop later. Since it's a hospital specialized in revision surgery, he said he had seen many revision cases after surgeries using donated rib cartilage because of absorption issues, so he said he only performs surgery with autologous rib cartilage, and in my case he said the columella would need to be done with autologous rib cartilage. I really trusted the doctor, and I also liked that the hospital system is run with the patient and doctor as the center... But the premium fee based on the doctor's experience is very steep, so I probably won't be able to make my final choice there... For reference, Dr. Seo said he only does two surgeries a day. He also said that if I have surgery with autologous rib cartilage, there is a separate doctor who specializes in harvesting the autologous rib cartilage. If you make a same-day reservation or place a deposit in a similar way, the price is discounted by 10%, but it seems difficult to get more than that... Maybe because of the doctor's experience and word of mouth, they don't really need to discount much since there are plenty of other new patients who'll pay and get treated anyway? (It didn't feel arrogant, more like confidence.) As of the day I went for the consultation, the earliest surgery date was a month and a half later.

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
