This is based on the standard from 5 years ago. They did osteotomy for the hump nose and did not insert an implant, making only the tip with septal cartilage. The nose itself is now very natural, but people who want a more obvious change will probably be disappointed. And about two years later the tip drooped, and it has stayed that way until now; it seems they did not pull it up in anticipation of sagging.
