I had surgery on another area here before, so I already trusted the clinic a bit. I was satisfied with one surgery and only so-so with another, but it didn’t feel like they were ignoring me, and above all I thought they were hygienic, so I decided to come here for my nose revision too. The consultation with the director wasn’t long and was neither good nor bad. There wasn’t a detailed explanation of my nose, just a description of how it could be operated on in this and that way. But the consultation manager was really disappointing. They said they would contact me about my inquiry, and then even after more than a week, they still hadn’t gotten back to me. So I had decided I would definitely have surgery here, but now I’m also looking into other places. Because Director Seo is famous for noses, I thought I’d have this nose surgery here, but I also don’t think I’d want to get other surgeries or procedures there in the future. The consultation manager said that unlike other places they only get a fixed salary, and maybe because of that, it felt like they thought it didn’t matter whether surgery happened or not, so whether they broke their promise or not, the attitude was really bad.
