I went for a consultation because I only wanted the tip of my nose, and the director S.M.G. could tell what I was worried about just by looking at my nose without me having to say anything. In line with that, they said if they built support at the tip with ear cartilage, that would work, and when I asked if they could use the septal cartilage instead, they said they would open the nose and use it if it looked okay. But usually, for the tip of the nose, they often use septal cartilage rather than ear cartilage because they're worried it might droop, so I kept thinking... what if I hadn't said anything? Also, because I went in with too little knowledge, I couldn't really ask anything, and the director didn't particularly explain more either. They were kind, but there didn't seem to be a detailed explanation (consultation was 10,000 won). I think I need to go back after studying more.
