I went for a rhinoplasty consultation, had CT photos taken, and they explained the inside and outside of my nose and the surgical method. It seems like they tailor the surgical method to what you want. If you ask questions, they explain while showing photos too. They said they would do nostril lowering, so I’m a bit conflicted.
