8-9 years ago, I had osteotomy for a hooked nose, and because my nasal bridge was already very high, I got a very thin silicone implant (L-silicone) + ear cartilage. I didn't really like it because my nasal tip was hard and chalk-like, but I had been living with it okay enough.
Then I fell and injured my nose, and because of the nosebleed, inflammation attached to the silicone (what the ENT near my house said), and they said I need to hurry and remove the silicone... They told me to go to the hospital where I had the surgery.
The hospital where I had my first surgery was in Nowon, and the director who operated on me had opened a clinic in Gangnam, but maybe it went out of business because I couldn't get through by phone -_-
So for now, since I also have rhinitis, I went to an ENT! (ㅅㅅㄷㄹ ENT Nowon branch) I heard septum + rhinitis + revision surgery was 5.6 million or 5.2 million won... something like that, and I am currently taking anti-inflammatory medication for 2 weeks. They told me to come tomorrow for preoperative tests, and while doing the tests, I plan to consult in detail again.
My rhinitis started after nose surgery, so I will go around to different places and decide whether to remove only the silicone or what to do, but I'm so torn that I came to this community ㅠㅠ
Please be careful about bumping your nose after nose surgery ㅠㅠ And when you get surgery, really research the hospital carefully.
