I had my nose done last September lol I originally had a nasal bridge, and it was a small bulbous nose with the nasal tip slightly drooping, but I had surgery because I wanted a sharper-looking nose. I thought just lifting the nasal tip would be enough, but I had osteotomy too (did not see a big effect), nasal tip elevation using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and alar reduction (saw more effect than I expected). The alar reduction left some scarring. The aftercare is not particularly good. They never contacted me once after the surgery lol But maybe because the director is definitely skilled, the swelling went down really quickly. I had no bruising at all.
