I went in for consultation about a crooked nose. There was a little wait, and the overall atmosphere was fine. But I don't think the director quite suited me. The consultation was concise, which wasn't bad, but by my standards it felt like he was speaking rather casually. Personally, I think it might just have been my own impression, so if you go for a consultation, you'll probably understand what I mean. Other than that, it was fine.
