I had visited three clinics before, and this was the only one that actually looked inside my nostrils And whenever I asked questions, they kindly explained by drawing the nose on paper. I talked about the line and direction I wanted, and the doctor said it would suit me too, so we discussed doing it in a natural direction. While going around for consultations, I looked closely at the noses of the managers, and the manager here had the most natural-looking nose.
