Was it the vice director? I had a contracted nose with almost no excess skin, and I got a consultation for full autologous costal cartilage. He spoke with a lot of confidence, and seemed to want to lower the tip and bridge of the nose a lot and raise them a lot. My skin is thin and there is no extra room, and I did not want any more revision surgery, so I just wanted to naturally correct the contracture, so it did not suit me, but if you want a glamorous nose line, I think it could suit you.
