When I went to other hospitals for consultations, they talked about silicone or Gore-Tex, but here they talked about autologous cartilage. And while other places said they would do a little osteotomy, here they said I had a dorsal hump but it would be okay not to do it. They took a photo of my nose with an iPad and showed me what it would look like using a simulation-like tool. The doctor seems to pursue natural-looking results.
