My nose bridge was already fairly high, so instead of using an implant, I had the area between the eyebrows raised slightly with temporal fascia and only the hump filled in. I had the nasal tip, columella, deviated nose, and osteotomy all done, plus surgery for rhinitis as well. Since nothing was put into the bridge, I definitely worry less about side effects. It turned out naturally and I'm satisfied. Please refer to the review photos~
