For over 15 years, I had an L-shaped silicone implant placed on the bridge of my nose with nothing in the nasal tip, and I had no side effects, could even make a pig nose, and had only 1-2 mm inserted so just a slight outline showed. I had been thinking for a while that I only wanted to add 1 mm to the glabella, and then I got 20 days of vacation, so I said I only wanted to raise the glabella and had autologous dermis done... honestly... it is so stressful. My nose looks longer, making me look older, and the nasal tip is blunt.. Ah, I am really suddenly so disappointed that my nasal tip got bulky. Satisfaction is zero, negative.. It is so stressful
I just thought that if it was a large clinic in Gangnam, they would all be good, without any information I thought autologous dermis would just be safe and natural and not different from the shape of silicone.. but maybe they filled it all with dermis to the point that even the nostrils that weren't very visible before are now visible, so the nasal tip became blunt.. When I asked them to remove it, they wouldn't, and only after the surgery did I learn that removal is not easy. I said I never had side effects from silicone, so couldn't they do it with silicone, and they said side effects would come 100% later, then said they would do only the glabella with silicone.. Looking back now, I think they tried to push only autologous dermis because there was a price difference.. The glabella is narrow and thin-looking, and the nasal tip is blunt, so I ended up looking even more ridiculous. I became an unexpectedly bulky bulbous nose.. and they say absorption in the nasal tip is slow too..
I had no problems, and just wanting to raise my glabella a little ended up bringing this much massive stress.. After 6 months, I guess I'll have to remove the autologous dermis first Even if it absorbs before then, the bulky and spread-out nasal tip seems unlikely to go down in a short time..
I'm sure there are many people who were satisfied after autologous dermis surgery.. and I really think meeting the right director and having it done to suit your own face is a matter of luck. If I had known autologous dermis would stress me out like this, I would never have touched it. Wasted time, wasted money, mental stress ㅜㅜ
