The director was kind and explained the consultation in detail! The staff were kind too, and it was nice. But after the surgery, I stayed one night in the hospital, and while sleeping I noticed the room wasn't very clean, which was a bit disappointing.. The surgery seems to have gone well, so I'm satisfied
