Simmian Review

It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I was scared and really didn't want to have revision surgery, so I went after hearing that this was a famous doctor for nose surgery. The result was just a rumor. I had my nose done by Director Jeong Dong-hak and it turned out badly, so I had revision surgery, but the revision also failed. During the consultation, he confidently said surgery could make my nose prettier, but unlike what he explained, there was no difference before and after. The surgery was extremely expensive. What was even more absurd was that I couldn't meet the director right after the surgery. I couldn't get any explanation at all about how the surgery was done, what areas were handled carefully, or whether the surgery went well. He told me to come back two weeks later. Even when I went two weeks later, he didn't talk to me for even a minute. From the patient's perspective, even when I anxiously asked all sorts of questions, I only got perfunctory, insincere answers. In the end, a year later I developed contracture and went in for a consultation, and he casually said he'd do revision surgery, but the revision results again were not much different, so I deeply regret it. I should have gone to another hospital even if it cost more, but now I'm blaming myself for trusting him. Please never go. A nose surgery specialist? A specialist for contracture? A revision-surgery specialist? Never believe it. Every patient wants a different nose design, but because he doesn't really listen to what style the patient wants, the results always end up like that. What's the point of bringing photos and painstakingly explaining? Not listening is basic, and he doesn't explain in detail the surgical method or the improvement points from the doctor's perspective either. That's why I brought the photos, but the revision surgery looked nothing like them and there was no improvement at all. Leaving aside the surgical result, if he had sincerely empathized with the anxiety and fear patients feel, even from a psychological standpoint, and explained things properly for just 3 minutes, I wouldn't be writing this harshly. For some reason, the operating room CCTV was covered and taped over, and the mandatory pre-op ECG has to be done lying down in a corner inside the female staff changing room. The hospital environment is truly poor, and I was so worried whether hygiene was being managed properly. Why would you spend millions of won to have surgery in a place like this? I was truly ignorant. Please, everyone else, don't go. As someone who failed twice, including revision surgery, at Simmian, I want to strongly stop you.
