The doctor kindly looked at the photos with me and consulted with me. He said that because I have a scar on my nose, I would need a skin graft on the outside. Since I had already had surgery with rib cartilage, I was planning to reuse as much of the existing rib cartilage as possible for the operation. He also said that ear cartilage would additionally be needed.
