I had surgery 7 years ago and I'm currently visiting different clinics to look into revision surgery. By the second year, the cartilage at the tip of my nose was showing, but when I went to the hospital, they answered dismissively that it wasn't easy to see, and I paid more for a revision surgery, but now it feels like it's going beyond just a drooping tip and visible cartilage... During the revision, my nostrils also became asymmetrical... I'm visiting different clinics to look into removal. For those considering nose surgery, think carefully ㅠㅠ It seems there is no guarantee that the shape will still be maintained or that side effects won't appear even after 10 years.
