After the surgery, I found out it was famous for noses that are crooked at the bridge and tip and for being a big nose that doesn't suit the face. Even so, I had nose surgery and early correction here and it made things even worse. They spoke as if they were extremely confident. They can't lower the columella, and they only lengthen the nasal tip. I don't understand how they've been operating for decades here.
