I visited for a consultation because the tip of my nose felt lifted. They said we should do revision surgery with rib cartilage for the bridge and tip, and that if the tip did not drop as much as expected, they might also have to incise the tip skin. I’m fine with the rib cartilage scar and all that, but I’m a little hesitant because of warping, so I’m thinking about it. The doctor tended to explain things like, “Looking at these previous photos, it will turn out like this,” rather than looking at my nose itself, so it felt like they were explaining a standardized method rather than a customized surgery for my nose.
