I heard the director does a lot of very difficult surgeries and even third or fourth surgeries, so I got a consultation because I thought I could trust both the safety and the results. My friend said the director has a slightly blunt, fact-checking style, but they were kinder than I expected and explained things really well haha. Especially, rather than only talking endlessly about the design or a pretty nose, they seemed to look at everything, including nasal function and side effects, and try to minimize the discomfort the patient might feel after surgery.
