Review of male buccal fat removal

After two-jaw surgery, my skin sagged and my cheeks became puffy, so I had buccal fat removal surgery, and the effect is good.

It’s a surgery that only takes 10 to 20 minutes, so going under sedation felt a bit much.

And I was also curious whether this hospital uses proxy surgeons, so I deliberately did it with only local anesthesia.

There was no proxy surgeon, and even though I did it under local anesthesia, strangely, it didn’t hurt for me. This is probably case by case.

They said the needle would sting, but it didn’t at all, and when the director removed the buccal fat, he said this area wasn’t anesthetized

so it would hurt, but strangely, it didn’t hurt for me. This is probably also case by case.

For those who feel burdened by sedation, I think doing it with only local anesthesia would be fine.

I think it didn’t hurt because the director’s technique was good. Anyway,

on the first day, the day of surgery, both cheeks swell up and become puffy, and when you touch them with your hand, there is no sensation,

but after a few days it all comes back. If you have any questions about buccal fat removal, ask in the comments or by private message.
