The doctor looked tired but was kind, and explained the surgical method thoroughly with a PPT. It was my first time seeing a hospital like this. The front desk and the consultation manager were all kind, but the manager felt like they didn't really know much about the surgery It just felt like they were only a middle person, nothing more and nothing less. That was disappointing.
I passed because it's a very large hospital and they said there would be a lot of swelling, but later they texted me saying they'd give me a bit more of a discount if I came back.
Honestly, I liked the doctor, the expected surgical results? and the price overall… but because it's a large hospital + they said the swelling would be really bad (no daily life for a while) + the consultation manager didn't know about the surgical method, I passed because of that
So if someone I know were considering it, I think I'd recommend it.
