The doctor looked tired but was kind, and explained the surgical method thoroughly with a PPT. It was my first time seeing a hospital like this. The front desk and the consultation manager were all kind, but the manager felt like they didn't really know much about the surgery ㅠ It just felt like they were only a middle person, nothing more and nothing less. That was disappointing.
I passed because it's a very large hospital and they said there would be a lot of swelling, but later they texted me saying they'd give me a bit more of a discount if I came back.
Honestly, I liked the doctor, the expected surgical results? and the price overall… but because it's a large hospital + they said the swelling would be really bad (no daily life for a while) + the consultation manager didn't know about the surgical method, I passed because of that ㅠㅠ
So if someone I know were considering it, I think I'd recommend it.
