Had my second nose surgery. Used donated costal cartilage and silicone. They were kind during the consultation, and I had a bulbous nose but wanted a dramatic-looking nose, so I asked them to raise it as much as possible. The shape came out dramatic and pretty. The problem was that my nasal septum was crooked from the beginning. I thought it might be swelling and waited, but it stayed the same. The nasal bridge wasn't crooked, but when looking at the nostril area, the nasal septum was completely tilted to one side. From the outside, I liked the nose shape. But I couldn't live my whole life with one side of my nose blocked, so I asked the clinic, and they said it was an ENT issue and there was nothing they could do, and told me to go to an ENT and get a laser cauterization procedure. After the swelling went down post-surgery, the pinched nose was also severe. My original nose was already slightly that shape, but after surgery it got worse. I was told I had nasal valve stenosis. After going around to various places, I had surgery for deviated septum and nasal valve at a university hospital, and breathing became much more comfortable. But I think the shape was prettier here. Since septal cartilage was used elsewhere during my first surgery, I think the septum may have gotten a bit worse, but people who have rhinitis in the first place should probably think a lot before getting surgery.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
