I had revision rhinoplasty with the head director 4 years ago. At the time, they were famous for dramatic-looking noses. Right after the surgery, I liked it so much that I went around recommending it to my friends, and I also heard a lot of people say my nose was pretty and ask where I had it done, but now my columella and nasal bridge have deviated to the right, so people around me say I think I need revision surgery
