They said they used a lot of septal cartilage too, and many people have had the columella sink down, and I’m one of them. If the surgery goes wrong, they also barely respond on KakaoTalk. The manager hides behind the doctor and doesn’t answer anything, just says they’ll connect me to the legal team. Yes. They only tell you to call or visit them because they’re quietly depressed and struggling alone, and their aftercare is different from when they first booked the surgery. They said the crooked columella was my fault and that my facial asymmetry was severe. I really thought that was true. But for a third surgery I went to another plastic surgery clinic, and I even went to Asan Medical Center. Everyone has asymmetry and there are many reasons, but they said the doctor simply lacked skill. Anyway, the fact is that there are 4 people around me besides me whose columella is also crooked. So I can only conclude that they don’t know how to correct a crooked nose. On top of that, with aftercare like that, it’s a hospital that is both factually and emotionally terrible. The manager is a little unhinged, seriously. She acts like she’s above the doctor. Maybe that’s her role, but if someone around her had been the one harmed, would she have treated them like this?
