When I complained about my nose being ruined functionally and in terms of the line after revision surgery and asked them to check the progress, they said they’d do it again if I just paid the anesthesia fee, saying things like, ‘Just pay 300,000 won, do it again, it’s not hard, it’s easy, just do it again, I’ll do it again,’ as if it were only natural to redo a surgery they had done. After the surgery, I never saw the so-called manager again, and the post-op appointment and pre-op appointment are on completely different floors of the building so that you can’t even run into each other. I wondered if this kind of thing is common there. The surgery result is the worst and the patient care is the worst too...
