Ugh, I got a consultation here through an acquaintance’s recommendation, and it was seriously ridiculous. First they took a CT and then did some kind of 3D scan or whatever, and that alone took over twenty minutes. They seemed like amateurs, and the staff were rude. Really, their eyes and the way they acted? They were so rude it was insane, but the director’s consultation was fine. The surgical method was something I’d never heard of before, so I did feel a bit of trust, but I’m not young anymore and whenever I asked something they kept telling me to come with my parents, and they wouldn’t explain properly; it was just confusing. I was like, why do I even need to come here again? Then I had another consultation with the manager, and ugh;;; they were seriously so rude. Even now I think about it... they looked down on people so much. Even if I just spoke or asked a question, they stared at me like they were something special and just treated me with total contempt. They probably thought they were a big shot or something. And the worst part was I had no idea there would be a consultation fee when I came in. Places that charge a consultation fee usually mention it once on the phone or again when taking your personal information at the beginning, but here they only told me after the whole consultation They wanted 10,000 won for the consultation and 30,000 won for the CT fee. So ridiculous, right? So I said I hadn’t heard anything about that, and they were like, “Oh, you didn’t hear? We always charge it,” and then the manager just disappeared. Seriously absurd. They should have notified me in advance. 30,000 won for the CT fee Other places are all free though?;
