I had full-face fat grafting + hump nose osteotomy + zygoma surgery 2 years ago. It was a rather expensive clinic and one that pursued a natural look, so I chose it and went there, but the nose surgery, which should have been the main part, is only 50 percent satisfying. I’m dissatisfied relative to how much money I spent, to the point that I even wonder whether the hump nose correction wasn’t done perfectly. And especially the full-face fat grafting... a complete failure Due to my constitution, the fat didn’t come out well and didn’t take, so instead of full-face, I had two rounds concentrated almost entirely on the forehead, and now almost none is left.. The result is worse than a friend who had forehead fat grafting from fat, and even now I’m still very bitter Pros: natural, pursues safety, clean facility Cons: unsatisfying compared to the high cost...
