I had surgery at 431 Clinic and posted an honest review, but now they’re asking to delete the review and saying I maliciously edited the photos and uploaded it. When I said I was unhappy with some parts after surgery, they told me that if I wanted surgery I’d have to pay an extra fee, but now they say that never happened. I have the chat records and everything, but the person in charge has already quit, and honestly the attitude is infuriating. This is a place that asks people to write reviews, and I didn’t write a false post; I really had surgery there. I also don’t know why the legal team keeps contacting me. Before surgery we discussed lowering the nostrils and they even wrote it in the chart, but then saying they didn’t do it because the nose might become too long is just absurd. I really can’t understand it no matter how I try. I’ll just pay the extra fee and have the surgery. I’m not writing this maliciously; I’m writing exactly as things are, not from a subjective feeling.
