My nasal bone was fractured when I was young. Back then, I should have had it done at a plastic surgery clinic.. I had surgery to set the bone at an orthopedic clinic, but since then the nasal hump has been really severe. Honestly, when I was young, I didn’t feel stressed because I was just young, but as I’ve gotten older and lost facial fat, my impression looks even stronger. I’m also considering facial contouring, but I’m in a situation where I can only do one of the two, so I’m really, really torn over whether doing my nose first would be better for my image or whether facial contouring would be better.
