When I went there, they seemed to be in a bad mood and were so prickly that every time I said one thing, they made it hard for me to say anything else, so I went in with high expectations but.. And I also felt that if the surgery did not come out in the shape I wanted design-wise, it would be impossible to work out an agreement.
