I waited several months to get a consultation. I went earlier than the time I had booked, and there were quite a few people sitting there coming in for nose surgery follow-up treatment. So I waited another two or three hours before getting the consultation, and the doctor was as taciturn as I’d heard. They drew out the post-op nose shape in Photoshop. But it felt like they weren’t accepting my opinion. The doctor had already decided what needed to be done, and if my opinion differed, it felt like they were thinking I wasn’t their patient. The decisive reason it didn’t suit me was that they focused too much on shape. They said the materials didn’t matter and I didn’t need to know. They said all that mattered was that the shape came out well. After the consultation was over and I came out, 3 and a half hours had passed..
