I’m someone who consulted here. Of course, I was standing in front of the doctor, so I was being polite, saying yes yes, asking questions, and getting answers.
As a patient, don’t you have a lot of questions? I asked as politely and respectfully as possible, but as soon as I did, they acted like my questions weren’t sincere and even looked me up and down.
Since I looked younger than them, they talked to me rudely and dismissed every question by saying there was no need to ask. For every question I asked, they nitpicked my wording and said, “Then what do you think you’re asking me this for?” ... Anyway, every time I asked something, they picked apart my words and just kept going in circles.
The patient who consulted before me was a revision case and said they had booked a surgery costing 12 million won?? Anyway, more than 10 million won (for me it was under 10 million for a first surgery), and they were openly showing that they weren’t interested in being the doctor in charge of my surgery.
Is this really a good place?? I was so shocked and hurt, and the waiting room was full of Chinese women with nasal splints??
I made the reservation last year and only managed to get a consultation this year, and now I’m venting here because I have nowhere else to let it out,,,, I’m working hard to visit clinics, so I really wanted to share this in case anyone is looking into nose surgery,,,,
