I had a revision nose surgery, and during the pre-op consultation they shaped my nose and told me it would turn out like this, and it did. The tip of my nose became more refined and elegant. It's the only one of my cosmetic procedures that I'm satisfied with! If 100 is the full score, I'd rate the surgery as 90 satisfied. Even years after the surgery, when a problem came up and I went back to the hospital, the doctor took the proper measures. By my standards, he is a skilled doctor.
