At other hospitals, when I said I wanted to reduce my columella, they would vaguely say there are skin limits and you only know after trying the surgery... But here I feel confident they’ll improve it clearly and ideally. Still, it’s a little scary that I only feel that certainty with this hospital... I want to believe it’s a difference in skill... lol I really think they’ll make the shape beautifully, but I’m worried about whether it will stay safe for a long time. The consultation was better than I expected and they were kind. The price was beyond imagination, though..
