The doctor was so sharp, sensitive, and spoke so frighteningly that the manager couldn't stand it and comforted me. They said many patients leave crying.. They said there wouldn't be much improvement from nose surgery and that my nose wasn't bad as it was now, so since this was my first time considering nose surgery and I was hesitating a little, they suddenly said they didn't want to operate on a patient who no longer trusted them and was hesitating about surgery, so they were refusing the surgery. After waiting several months, I finally set a consultation date, and on the day I went to have blood drawn right before surgery, they drew all the blood they needed and then kicked me out of the hospital. It was such an absurd experience.
