I went there in 2020! I’m writing this now because, as you know, the doctor is...... The wait was insanely long too (my appointment was at 2, and I didn’t leave until close to 7), and it felt like they were doing treatment after consultation and then repeating that over and over!! The manager was extremely kind. When you go in, they give you a face photo and tell you to draw the nose yourself. They spend 40 minutes explaining the columella. And please never bring photos of other celebrities At first, if you talk back a lot, it feels like they kick you out
