I went in for a consultation for my first nose surgery. The manager explained things well, but Director N.J. explained everything too roughly and finished quickly. When I asked whether I could see what shape the nose would become, they said things like that are hard to express with drawings, drew something, and the next clinic I consulted with went through each option one by one. Here it just ended with, “Yes, we’ll take good care of you.”
