Even though I had made an appointment, there was a 20–30 minute wait because the director’s surgery was running late. When I went in for the consultation, the manager suddenly told me to lower my mask without saying anything else, and the moment I took it off, they started evaluating my nose. They said my nose was low, the tip was blunt, and things like that, then just told me to wait for the director. Then I had to wait again because the director also said I needed surgery. Even though there weren’t many patients, the hospital atmosphere felt chaotic, and I felt that the consultation was not sufficiently detailed about the surgical method I would need. Personally, I felt like both of them found the consultation bothersome, and because of that it felt insincere, so I wasn’t impressed..
