I visited 4 years ago because I wanted to change from an inner double eyelid to an outer double eyelid. I went alone when I had only just become an adult, but the consultation went well and I think the surgery itself was fairly smooth. My skin is on the thicker side, and I think they gave me the maximum semi-out line that could be pulled out from my eyes. At 6 months, the line looked too high, so I requested aftercare as well, and they said they would do it right away (the aftercare period was 2 years). In the end I didn't do it because I didn't want to wait for the swelling to go down again, but the aftercare itself was fine. But it turns out you can write a surgery review here without verifying a receipt. It was 4 years ago, so I couldn't verify the payment.
