I had surgery with Director Ban about 9 years ago at an event price. I’m not the type to look into a lot of places, and at the time I was pretty naive(?), so I did tons of research online and then decided on the consultation and surgery right away at one place. They explained the surgical method well, and I’ve been maintaining the result well up to now without any major side effects. Back then, textured KoGel was in fashion, and the surgery was done with a submammary incision under the chest muscle. Nowadays there are more natural-looking options and many more types of implants and surgical methods, but back then they said this method had a lower risk of capsular contracture, so that’s why I had it done. I did feel a bit disappointed at the time because they put in less than what had been discussed in consultation, 275 cc, but looking back over time, it seems appropriate. However, I am a bit disappointed with the feel and the position of the implant. Since it was inserted under the muscle, it feels a bit firm.
It seems important to set more specific standards in advance for the shape and feel you want and go into the surgery and consultation with that in mind.
The hospital is always crowded, so it has that cluttered feeling typical of a large hospital.
