Before <forehead before> After <forehead after> Before <overall before><overall after> It hasn’t been long since I had it done, but I’m posting progress photos once +_+ I had three areas done: forehead, temples, and side cheeks, and I’m planning to proceed up to a second round without sedation/anesthesia, What I’m posting now is after the first round! I heard thigh fat has a good engraftment rate, so I used fat from my thighs ㅇㅂㅇ
First, if you look at my forehead, before surgery it was totally flat. Like a cliff... lolololol The middle part was even really sunken in; I didn’t notice when I wore bangs, but after getting rid of my bangs, the sunken forehead became really obvious, so it was a serious complex for me. It also made my expression look angry, so the decisive reason I decided to get fat grafting this time was because of my forehead... But after getting it done, my forehead became nicely rounded and I really like it. It hasn’t been long yet, so there is still some redness, and there are tiny surgical marks too, but it doesn’t hurt hahaha There is still some swelling, so it does look especially more plump, but I think it’ll look natural once the swelling goes down!
I also had my side cheeks and temples done, and overall the sides were sunken in, so my facial line was a messㅠ A bottle-gourd line.. Since my side cheeks were hollow, even though I don’t really have prominent cheekbones, my cheekbones looked relatively more protruding;; My nose also looked really big, and anyway I really didn’t like a lot of things about itㅠ After getting fat grafting, I finally feel like my overall facial balance is a bit better, and my nose looks less prominent too lolol There is still redness overall around the edges of my face, but they said it will go away after some time, so I guess I just have to wait for time to pass haha
On the day of surgery, it really hurt, my face felt numb and tingling, and I was out of it, but from the day after surgery, the pain decreased to a tolerable level haha It still hasn’t been long, so there is a little numbness and tingling, but it’s okay lol It still looks unnatural because of swelling, but usually how long does it take for it to start looking more natural?
