The consultant did a good job explaining everything across my whole face, but because the area that would need surgery got so large, and I ended up getting multiple consultations for my chin and cheekbones too, I felt like it was more than I could handle. The deposit was an implied-but-not-explicit pressure. The doctor consulted me in a way that was less forceful than the consultant and said I didn't have to get eye surgery. Instead, he recommended chin surgery. Overall I wasn't dissatisfied, but it wasn't the direction I had in mind, so I don't plan to choose them.
