I had incisional double eyelid surgery 5 years ago. At first it was okay enough, but after about a year, one side loosened, so the end looked short and the thickness looked different. In the end, I recently had revision surgery.. It was my first surgery, so I didn’t know anything and just went along with whatever they did. If it hadn’t loosened, I probably would have just lived with it, but even though it was incisional, it loosened, so I was pretty annoyed
