I’m a man living in the provinces. It’s been about 4 months since I had it done, but the shape is still being maintained, so I’m posting this in case it helps anyone who’s considering HiKo or fillers. My nose is a hump nose + arrow nose. After the procedure, there was no change in the bridge, but the hump was corrected. The arrow nose was also corrected a little, but there wasn’t a big change. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and there was only a little pain during the anesthesia and when the threads were inserted after anesthesia. I could tolerate it. There was no swelling at the beginning, and it took about 5 days for the filler to look natural. The bruising lasted about 2 weeks. I was satisfied back then, but now I’m thinking about surgery, so I somewhat regret it They said if there’s any filler left when I have surgery, it has to be removed, so I’m worried.
