I’m leaving this review in the hope that there won’t be victims like me. Please refer to it if you’re going for a consultation. This is a review of the service quality. It was written for the public interest and is not intended as defamation. [The app event is over. They won’t do it at that price!!!!!] I went to the consultation on time, but there was someone else whose consultation overlapped with mine, so I waited 1 hour. Consultation with the doctor? It was over in 30 seconds, but the consultation fee was 10,000 won... If the consultation had been detailed, I wouldn’t have been angry, but the consultation was also... He pinched my nose once and that was it. The explanation was so insufficient that I asked the consultant about the detailed surgical method. (Is this right?) Before I could even ask detailed questions, the doctor told me to think it over, stood up, and sent me outside. 30-second consultation + 1-hour wait On top of that, the hospital didn’t even properly know about the event posted on the app, and they asked for 1.1 million won for L-dream nostril reduction (the event price was 690,000 won), so when I asked, they asked when I was going to have surgery, said the event was over (then why did they have the event posted so prominently on ㅂㅂㅌ and ㄱㄴㅇㄴ?), and said if I was planning to have surgery a month later, the event wouldn’t apply. So I asked, shouldn’t you take down the app event banner then? and they said they can’t take down the event banner. (What is this...) Other clinics give you the event price if you set a surgery date and pay a deposit, but this is the first place I’ve seen like this. I applied for the event through the app, the hospital called me, set a date, and I went for the consultation... but now the event is over... I went all the way from Incheon, so shouldn’t they have at least informed me over the phone?^^ Even though it was nostril reduction surgery, they said the event review photos had to be taken showing even my eyes. It just seemed like they were saying they didn’t want to do it at the event price. I used annual leave to go there and only wasted money and time.. I’m disappointed with the hospital’s service, and how they view customers’ money and time..
