I had a consultation because my friend had it done. I hadn’t been thinking about functional rhinoplasty, but I consulted for functional rhinoplasty + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip + silicone, and got a quote. The price was expensive. I’ve lived without any functional problems, so is it right to do functional nose surgery? Since it’s my first surgery, is it right to use autologous costal cartilage? I wondered about those things, but above all, because of the cigarette smell at the hospital, I ultimately decided not to proceed with surgery.
