The director gives good consultations, but the manager is too rude. I still do not really know about the aftercare, but I do not get the feeling that they take good care of me. Because of the manager, I am even reconsidering the surgery. Their tone feels pressuring, and they do not respond kindly to questions. I am currently watching the progress as the surgical swelling goes down.
