Maybe because the director is an otolaryngologist, he had a lot of knowledge related to nasal function. It was also good that he explained the surgical process in detail. The consultant was also very gentle and explained things kindly. I’m not planning on functional correction and am only thinking about cosmetic surgery, so I’ve put it on my candidate list for now.
